This is a warm construction example completed with institutional event space design, hospital event stage decoration, and giant flower plan interior and flower decoration.
Giant Flower Planterior Installation at Seungil Hope Nursing Hospital
Institutional events often have a clear purpose and message. For occasions where you want to convey something, such as a memorial service, presentation, in-house event, or appreciation event, the way you decorate the space should be a little different.
We prioritize an atmosphere that naturally conveys the meaning of the day rather than simply flashy decorations. When preparing to create a space for an institutional event, LUA ATELIER BLOOM examines both the event content and the atmosphere of the venue.
Balance the stage so that the banner or presenter is clearly visible without making it look too empty. Decorations should gently support the message of the event.
At institutional events, first impressions last long as attendees sit in their seats and look at the stage for a long time. If the stage is empty, the weight of the event will seem weak, and if the decorations are excessive, the message you want to convey or the presenter may be less noticeable.
At this site, the meaning of the event is visible first, and the flower decoration was designed to add a warm atmosphere.
Flower decorations for institutional events that soften the stage atmosphere
This site was centered around the stage and banner. So, the flower decorations were placed so as to add a warm impression to the stage without being too strong.
The large flower decoration accentuates the stage, and the lower flower decoration makes the space feel more organized.
When creating an institutional event space, the size and color of flowers must match the atmosphere of the event. If it is too flashy, the calmness of a formal event may be blurred, and if it is too weak, the stage may look empty. This time, we adjusted the position of the flowers so that they could maintain a warm atmosphere and look stable on screens and photos of the event.
The stage decoration looks different when seen up close and from the audience. The details of the flower are visible up close, and the overall lines and colors come in first from a distance. LUA ATELIER BLOOM considered both perspectives when deciding on the size and location of the flowers. Thanks to this, the decorations look natural on site and give the impression that the stage is organized when taken in photos.
Arrangement of stage decorations considering audience seats and circulation
At institutional events, the entire composition must be visible from the audience rather than just looking pretty on stage. To make the scene comfortable, consider the direction from which the people attending the event are looking, the location where photos are taken, and the movement path of the host.
For this institutional event space design, the front decorations were arranged low and the focal flowers were placed in a position that catches the eye. We left a blank space so that people on stage would not have any inconvenience in movement, and the decorations were designed to look like a soft background from the audience.
In the field, the position of people can vary depending on the order of progress, so it was necessary to ensure that the decorations were clearly visible on the screen but did not cause a burden while moving.
Particularly, events inside hospitals or institutions require calmness due to the nature of the space. So, rather than pushing the color too hard, it is better to choose a tone that harmonizes with the event message. Decorations should fill the stage but not interfere with the progress of the event. Based on these standards, we checked the on-site movement route and shooting direction.
Directing an institutional event in May filled with gratitude
Flower decorations go well with events that express gratitude and appreciation. Especially in events where warm messages are the focus, such as the May event, the soft atmosphere provided by flowers makes the entire space more comfortable.
Calm colors and stable placement work better than excessive decoration. When giant flowers are added, the stage becomes richer and the atmosphere in the photo remains soft. When attendees look at the stage and see the event message and flower decorations, they will remember the feeling of the day longer.
Hospital event decorations and institutional event decorations require careful control of the atmosphere. When expressing gratitude, even a small decoration can change the atmosphere. When flowers are added, the hard stage becomes a little warmer, and the purpose of the event is conveyed softly even when viewed in photos. This production was also intended to preserve the center of the stage while allowing the flower decorations to comfortably surround the surrounding area.
Customized space production for institutional events by LUA ATELIER BLOOM
LUA ATELIER BLOOM creates spaces tailored to various occasions, such as institutional events, commemorative ceremonies, presentations, and in-house events. Because the size and atmosphere of each location and the message we want to convey are different, we consider a composition that fits the site more important than a set framework.
Just a flower decoration alone can make the stage feel much softer and warmer. We will prepare according to the on-site conditions so that the meaning of the event can be naturally captured in the space.
If you need to create a space for an institutional event, we will suggest a flower decoration composition that matches the purpose of the event and photos of the location. Just because it's a formal event doesn't mean you have to look stiff. By adjusting the colors and materials to match the message you want to convey, you can create a calm yet memorable stage.
LUA ATELIER BLOOM first listens to the nature of the event and carefully prepares giant flowers and flower decorations that suit the venue.
